It's unlocked doors for so many opportunities not only for me but also for my family, exceeding all my expectations. This experience has catalyzed my growth both as a business professional and as an individual.
My journey, filled with successes and failures, has been shared with you every step of the way. From transitioning from a stay-at-home mom to becoming a thriving entrepreneur, you've been there to share each moment.
Now, I am thrilled to share with you a major turning point in our business.
As many of you know, I have spent over a decade of providing dedicated service on the North Shore of Chicago and more importantly, in the Northbrook real estate community. The trust and recognition you have shown me and my team have fuelled my commitment to excellence.
In the span of the last 12 years, our team has flourished to become one of the premier agent teams on the North Shore, closing over 600 transactions and selling over $350 million in volume. Our consistent rank as the top team in Northbrook and one of the top teams on the North Shore, has surpassed my initial vision when I started this business.
Our Vision
Our vision for the coming three years includes positioning ourselves amongst the top five agents (currently 20) on the North Shore and breaking into the top 25 agents (currently 86) in the entire MLS in the Chicagoland area out of a field of 25,000 agents.
Even in a market that some may view as slow, we are ramping up our efforts more than ever. We're laser-focused on accelerating our growth and fine-tuning our systems to exceptional standards, and increasing our sales volume, client relationships, and reputation—not just locally, but beyond the North Shore as well.
Our Expansion
In line with our soaring ambitions, we're excited to announce the opening of a new office in St. Augustine, Florida.
This move comes in response to the noticeable trend of Illinois residents moving to Florida in recent years. Recognizing this shift we've decided to establish a presence in Florida to better assist both our existing clients making the move and new clients we'll be serving in the area.

Our Partnership
To elevate our client services in both Florida and Illinois, I am excited to announce a new partnership with Warrick Bell. Initially a client of mine, Warrick has been a successful real estate agent on my team for the past year and a half. He's a proven entrepreneural talent with experience building and scaling successful ventures.
With a history of spearheading marketing and product development, Warrick played a pivotal role in the growth and eventual sale of a $100 million company on the North Shore. His expertise in operations and financial acumen are invaluable assets in driving the expansion of our business. Drawing from his entrepreneurial background, Warrick brings a wealth of experience that will elevate our real estate team to new heights.
Our Evolving Brand
As we prepare for this expansion, it's become evident that our current company name, the Spaniak Team, may not really reflect the scope of our nationwide operations, given its focus solely on my name.
We're striving for a brand identity that represents more than just services offered by me, and only me. Recognizing the need for a more inclusive branding strategy, we're thrilled to unveil our new team name - Terra Lux Homes. This rebrand signals our commitment to delivering exceptional real estate services across the country.
Terra Lux Homes, derived from "Land" and "Light" in Latin, embodies our dedication to showcasing and representing properties of sophistication, elegance, and quality.
