When I sold my first home all those years ago, I never foresaw the immense personal enrichment that selling real estate would provide. It's unlocked doors for so many opportunities not only for me but also for my family, exceeding all my expectations. This experience has catalyzed my growth both as a business professional and as an individual.
My journey, filled with successes and failures, has been shared with you every step of the way. From transitioning from a stay-at-home mom to becoming a thriving entrepreneur, you've been there to share each moment.
I am excited to announce some significant changes to the Spaniak Team that will mark the start of a new era.
Over the past decade, our connection and collaboration have been invaluable to me, especially as agents in the North Shore, particularly in Northbrook. I truly appreciate your support and contribution to my successes and that is why I want to share this news with you.
Having grown exponentially over the past 12 years, we have positioned ourselves as one of the top agent/teams in North Shore's real estate community.
With over 600 transactions and over $350 million in volume under our belt, our achievements have far exceeded the goals I ever even imagined when I started in the business all those years ago as a newly-divorced, stay-at-home mom.
Our Vision
I am now ready to share our new three year vision with you. It involves scaling new heights by becoming one of the top five agent/teams on the North Shore and positioning ourselves among the top 25 agent/teams across the entire MRED MLS.
Undeterred by the slower market conditions, we are intensifying our commitment to growth by streamlining our processes, and delivering consistently superior services.
Our Expansion to Florida
In response to the increasing trend of Illinois residents moving to Florida, we are opening a new office in Florida to better cater to our clients' requirements, making the transition of moving out of state or investing in Florida as smooth as possible. Our goal within the next three years in Florida is to become one of the top 20 agents/teams in Northeast Florida.
As we expand our horizons, our dedication to the North Shore and the Illinois market remains steadfast.
The launch of our Florida office does not signal a shift away from Illinois. Instead, it allows us to add an extra dimension to our services, enhancing our local operations, and broadening our reach.
I hope that we can become a resource for you and your clients as they transition to Florida. You can trust that the agent we refer to them will maintain the same high standards you've observed in our Chicagoland business.
Our Partnership
I am also excited to introduce Warrick Bell, a seasoned entrepreneur, as my new business partner. Warrick's relationship with me extends back to the halfway point of my career in the real estate industry when he was a repeat client.
Warrick grew up on the North Shore, attended New Trier High School and currently lives in Northbrook. Before he started in real estate, Warrick managed and eventually sold a family-owned business after reaching $100 million in annual global revenue.
After that successful sale he sought a new career path and a change of scenery. Recognizing the potential and opportunities in the real estate industry, he believed it was an area where he could truly make an impact.
He valued my different take on how a real estate business should be run, and he reached out when he was ready to start his real estate career. He has sold real estate on my team for a year and a half, and since then he has demonstrated his value and I am excited to welcome him as a partner to my team.
His entrepreneurial skillset has already begun to propel our expansion in the Chicagoland area. We firmly believe that our combined efforts will take our business to unprecedented heights, not only in Illinois but also in Florida.
Our New Name
In alignment with our expanding operations, we are making a significant transformation by renaming our team. We will be transitioning from the Spaniak Team to Terra Lux Homes over the next couple of months.
In the real estate industry, expanding beyond the reputation of a single agent can be very difficult, as you probably know. That's why we are excited to introduce our new team name, which reflects our commitment to empowering every agent who joins us.
With this change, each agent on our team will have the opportunity to establish their own identity and brand, ensuring that they represent themselves and their unique expertise, rather than relying solely on my name.
This shift reinforces our dedication to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where every team member can thrive and build their own successful real estate business.
